I think MNGA was suggesting that the majority of investors in Europe hold less shares than their North American counterparts with some exception. My understanding is both you and MNGA are former stock brokers. Its clear you have differing opinions which is not surprising. I believe MNGA is one of the most experienced investors on this board. He also has met in person and spoken with both the old Quantum management team and new NioCorp management team numerous times and got to know both really well. I believe you knew the former CEO fairly well but don't know how well you got to know the new team.
