They are simply loaning the name out to dispensaries, designing said dispensaries the way they want them to be and to represent the Diego name well.

good post buster. But a lot more than “simply” loaning names to dispensaries. Truly they’re the McDonald or Starbucks or yester years capturing the prime real estate locations where states have got MJ legalized, so there is a lot of RE expertise going into the location location location of real estate. On that foundation they put a layer of their brand which comes with training for the licensee, a network of suppliers that has already been vetted by Diego and other very nice to haves such as store design expertise, compliance with local laws and a path forward when the MJ becomes legal at the fed level. So they have a lot of skin in the game against which they get to enjoy lease revs amongst some other hooks into the platform.

My dd tells me they’re very close to announcing a store location in Cali. Perhaps they go through the mgt co this time which is why they formed it now rather than before from a timing standpoint. Next one after that would be either Florida or Canada imo.

If anyone is serious here about the long term potential and I know a few are, talk to the company. They’re straight shooters which I appreciate. I’m long here for a reason. My 2¢ $DPWW
