with the filing today i can only see 2 possible outcomes going forward:

They either have a major deal regarding HOT constructs with decent upfront money, this should happen in next 3-4 months otherwise we are going to see more cash raising at unfavorable conditions.

NEO is too far out of being commercialized even if AMGN is developing it as part of their internal pipeline with AMGN full weight behind it.

Having said that early signs of NEO efficacy may trigger an AMGN buyout however that is still also too early to happen, will need about 2 years.
