What I don't get is if it is so dang positive, where is the deals?

I wish I could answer that question. From what I see, the addition of Keytruda caused median overall survival to be at least double (my estimate) of that of the monotherapy arm. 56.8% of patients in the combo arm did not experience disease progression. I see a good deal right there. Granted the addition of Keytruda would raise the price of treatment but the odds of a better outcome would be worth it (IMHO).
