Then look at ibx's last financial report and see how they are running out of cash and "experiencing delays in projects associated with preparation for Imagion’s human study next year."

Now try to imagine how much dilution will be coming to raise the cash to pay for human trials if/when they get the approval to begin, and how that will affect mhtx's shares of ibx. All that should give a good idea why "mhtx dont move" on this latest news about nanoparticle manufacturing.

Oh yeah, don't forget Manny and Marv's mhtx gravy train is running out of cash too. I say lock them up.
