I agree. What a friggin tool Ryan is. Can't even get a basic website up and running in 2 weeks (and with 7 months notice lol). He's using squarespace which has no telephone support, so the guys probably building it himself using their tutorials (and he sucks at it...he's obviously not a web guy). If Ryan had inventory for this launch (and yes, I'm talking a lot more than 40 cases) the damage is much worse. How much rev's have we missed out on in the last 2 weeks. I say 40 orders/day X $70 (based on first day) = est. $39,200. He could have paid someone for a great site for $1000, and it would only take 2-3 days. Friggin incompetence at it's finest. I'm guessing he never had enough inventory. I will find out. Trust me he's all alone with this, and tight on funds. Worst launch ever.
