It is mystifying that more folks aren't investing in DPWW at this point. I don't think investors connect the dots that they are a real estate company who has contractual rights to their own branded retail cannabis stores.

The 2 locations (Denver/Seattle) are pulling in $4-7M in revenue each in their second year of operation. They will soon have a 2nd Denver dispensary which will do $M's per year which will be contracted to allow DPWW to purchase them outright once cannabis becomes legal. In addition, they have a grow and processing location in Denver.

They are the only "real estate" company I'm aware of who actually own the rights to retail cannabis dispensaries. This stock should be trading above $.05 today just based on low OS, rent revenue coming in from the locations, their contractual relationships and the fact that the cannabis space is so strong from an investment standpoint.

I have studied this company inside and out and have owned a considerable position starting the beginning of this year and purchasing along the way. I would suggest folks reach out to Ron Throgmartin and ask him questions about the business. He and I have communicated and he's aware of my displeasure in them not taking advantage of some low hanging revenue fruit which they could today.

For people who are on Instagram and Twitter, get the word out about this company. I don't engage in those platforms but it's clear we have a way undervalued company who investors have not connected the dots regarding their business model.

I plan to hold my 2M shares until cannabis is finally legalized in the USA as that's when leadership will sell Diego Pellicer to a deep pocket investor for $.10+PPS who wants to expand locations into many more states. They've built a great blueprint which Constellation brands or another company can take and then cut and paste state by state like Starbucks and make a lot of money.

We just need investors to understand DPWW, what their model represents and get the word out so the PPS can get to where it belongs. Then wait for legalization as that's when the fireworks begin in earnest.
