I just figured it out. The market place is simply confused about the decimal place in the share price. Thee think .0045 is really .045. That is why no one is buying they think it is fairly valued. Yeah that's it. If we can just clear that up they will be buying this bargain in droves.

Listen up market uncross your eyes. That says .0045 not .045. You can safely buy now and make a killing. It really is worth .03 just look at the PRs. Then a little math.
