I think this company is due for a lawsuit.. obvious they sold a huge chunk of shares to a broker to sell and this issued a phony news article with just lot of fine print that I believe wouldn't hold up in court. Looks like thieves... notice big planned sale of shares highlighted at same time as promised news..
