The whole point of the lawsuit was to incite fear, and drop the stock price. It worked. Andrew Left/Citron does not care about the outcome of the lawsuits. They are just a tool in his bag of tricks to manipulate the stock price. When you have 89,000 (literally) followers, its an easy thing to do.

CVSI will come out of all this just fine. It has been a thorn in all of our sides, but its meritless.

A fool and his money is a friend indeed.
