If the $54,000 CD does not get bought out before conversion, then the conversion price was established today. .00395 X 65% = .0025675 which means about 21 million shares will be issued. It will take the Issued up to 700,000,000 shares. Now they can let the price rise as the conversion price has been established. JMHO
