Good afternoon to all on this GSTC board.

Been following Gastar a long time and am waiting on the sidelines for a potential bounce.

The company is very unfriendly to common shareholders. Seems like bankruptcy is imminent.

Find it interesting the company is "shopping" around for interested transactions with third parties of any kind. Leads me to believe they have not found anyone willing yet.

Ares Capital has thrown in the towel on Gastar, largest debt holder and is also a large common shareholder of Gastar. Ares is pretty much in the driver seat with Gastar so if Ares wants a bankruptcy they will likely get it.

The company has ceased drilling and is hoping for a miracle.

Looking forward to seeing what the future holds for this company.
