GNCP - In My Humble Opinion PLANs Could Change Overnight.

Filings to become a “CURRENT FILER” were always the goto plan; however it’s very possible that somewhere along the way this turned into a “Complete Buyout” scenario and until they have an LOI they are staying with the Reports being filed and JV plan?

That’s what these constant delays are telling me for what it’s worth.
