I remember commenting on Honig and Brauser crime family back in early 2016 when they were involved in VPCO (now HCMC) which subsequent to its fall from grace as a Nasdaq trading company to the pits of OTC was abandoned by the duo well before the price hit no-bid — primarily due to multi-millions in outstanding warrants and toxic debt which led to its current mind blowing 62 billion in outstanding shares.

At that time Michael Brauser’s son Greggory was the president and signing millions in debt and bogus exclusive orders with his dad Michael Brauser as the beneficiary, who has been a partner in crime with Honig going back years. Dr. Frost has also been involved with the duo in multiple companies.

I referenced a seeking alpha post from 2015 that dubbed the duo (Honig and Brauser) as “one of the worse penny stock wipe out teams in America”. link to the article is in the above link.

I also recall Honig being involved in TWER. His reach was ever-expanding at that time (2014-2016) and I at some point stopped following his involvement.
