For the billionth time...

BIOA is still in active BK Chapter 15:
Delaware Bankruptcy Court
Chapter 15
Judge: Laurie Selber Silverstein
Case #: 1:18-bk-11291
Case Filed: May 30, 2018

Chapter 11 was dismissed in JUNE, but Chapter 15 is still BK in the U.S. and therefore the Q remains until that case is dismissed. Which will happen after the Canadian court closes CCAA proceeding very shortly.

I am not bashing, just keeping it real for all the new faces on board.
I am a long bagholder and patiently (impatiently) waiting for details of the deal, which likely closed on Friday 8/31. The judge must approve whatever happened... and so we wait. GLTA
