I had an honest conversation this evening possibly after the tweet. Though he did not give me any specifics, my impression is the sad turn of events witnessed in the past few weeks are the result of misinformation, bad advise, and undue (or little known) restrictions being imposed by Feds. He is working very hard with SCE to correct the situation as his company's and personal credibility is at stake. Hope to see them resolved as soon as possible.

The morale at the office/studio is still very high with lots of new shows being filmed and content being populated so theShare.TV and the App can be launched soon. In this period of uncertainty, he is getting support not only from his trusted friends but even from strangers whom he has never met before.

So hold on to your precious shares and wait for more updates/ clarifications. As a law abiding citizen and an honest man he is going to reveal the reasons for the postponement of the much awaited launch. So in that context, I still respect him and admire his courage in confronting the unexpected situation. Good luck John and Thank You
