OPKO Health and Frost are both named in the suit, though the SEC only believes Frost participated in two of the three schemes and earned approximately $1.1 million. The longtime health care investor is believed to have a net worth of $2.6 billion

What about the friggin SEC just coming out with this on a Friday afternoon. No OPKO investors hurt there. Oh that's right they are looking out for the small investor. Yea right. Maybe they should get Mueller to look into it.

Whether it's a million or 27 million I don't believe Dr. Frost would be involved. He is a multi billionaire. He is OPKO's financial backer. He will protect his baby at all costs in my opinion.
