I am not sure that stopping regular monthly purchases would qualify as insider trading. But it does seem telling that after several years he stopped purchasing at all time lows. If he believed, based on initial NEO results, that the SP would appreciate instead of depreciatE further he would be smart to keep purchasing to recoup past losses and average down. This has me really worried. This is the absolute worse time stop those purchases.
