i would have to agree with you all. my best hunch is a mix of sour grapes, and people involved that do not have the amount of shares secured that they want before moving forward with the case.I'm guessing that they are stalling the close to wash out those that dont want capital tied up for months. and are hoping the continued delays will encouraged impatient shareholders to dump their shares cheap and move on. i'm also guessing that 4 or 5 of us in this board could be holding 25% or more of the outstanding shares and they want them !
