It occurred to me that the judges really don’t know what happened. I heard in the recording from Friday the one judge questioned the money that was stolen. It means they really don’t know what happened and they need to know, Now!!!! They think that Fannie and Freddie needed a bail out, which we all know couldn’t be further from the truth

if TReasury hadn't come to te rescue with a pile of monney--your clients would be wiped out? right?..well no, that's not what we allege in the complaint---they were on the brink of recovery
