VMGI....Read the book again. An 'Ask' that far out does noting...it's not shown and kind of 'stored' in the system until, if and when prices near it. Some think it locks up their shares from being sold short by the MM's...but MM's have large inventories of stocks they know they will make a killing on by shorting..they make most money shorting..not going long. Some shorts never get filled because subber goes BK.lol..shame on them.
