I took a look at the 2500 shares you purchased at .2649, a partial execution. Try to keep in mind, your order does not exist in a vacuum especially in the digital age. After your 2500 shares, two sell trades were executed and the offering was raised to .265 and traded at that level then the market closed. There are 4 or 5 factors affecting the last trade and why you didn't participate. Clearly, there are other bidders at that level and time was not your friend but the most logical reason was the trader who got your order was doing what he thought was in your interest, trying to fill your order without pushing the stock up. You probably don't know it but MMs in the OTC/pinksheet mkt are tasked by the SEC with maintaining an orderly market in the very same way specialists are tasked to maintain an orderly market on the big board. Having said that I must say, usually these guys/girls function in a straight forward fashion. but it is not uncommon for some of them to try and stretch the limits of correct behavior. This is not the case with your order. If you expect and order to be filled don't enter so close to the close. You would have probably been filled well below you limit. Try to learn the language of the arena (securities business), it's not intuitive i.e. offer always means to sell. One does not offer to buy. A two sided market is a bid and an offer. Never the less, if you still feel slighted send a letter of complaint to the compliance officer at the brokerage firm you use. I think if you get busy Monday morning you will/can/might fill. If you are angry because Mondays order will be a new order and a separate commission, man up and don't be silly, buy the stock. I think your initial investment decision was correct. Try not to let your default reaction be, "the trader did something wrong/cheated/etc." Learn more about the place you are putting your money, it's always a process... Learning. Good luck and good trading.
