No, I didn’t mean it like that. They usually issue more shares when they’ve sold the last batch or are at low inventory, so it depends on when they’re done selling. Right now it seems like they’re issuing shares even though they haven’t sold all the shares yet. So they’re working up a inventory since they have to freeze the issuing for a few weeks.
