Certainly a good sign. Just like it was a good sign back in July that someone was willing to invest over 4 million in the Company. People hate dilution. But - Norchi has pretty much run this on a shoe-string budget. So a good sign an investor would step in and put down 4 million. And people are willing to gobble up tens of thousands of shares. If I had more money available I would put it in.
