Right now, the O/S is at 45,580,208. Minus that with 8.4M collateral shares and the ECAB shares, you would get around 36M. There is still plenty of space for dilution.

1 for 3 is too vague. The value is between $1.32 and $1.40. Which doesn't account for more dilution IMO. If you do the math. But who cares with these losers. Solomon will keep destroying shareholder value as long as he is breathing air. Which hopefully won't be much longer.
