Yeah I don’t think the SEC Complaint will be the end of things for Barry Honig and his group. The Honig group committed far worse crimes in RIOT and MARA and COOL and others than they did in the three Issuers named in the SEC Complaint.

Now that the flood gates are open and their insider stock manipulation share selling schemes are in plain site of the regulators I fully expect some criminal Indictments to be handed out in the not too distant future. We are talking hundreds of millions of dollars in ill gotten gains the Honig group illegally sucked out of the market.

If you were to go through and add up all the money they made through their insider enrichment schemes on their dozens of tickers going back years and years, their operation is easily one of the biggest stock manipulation operations of all time.

The only reason I can think of for the DOJ to not file criminal charges would be because they are too scared to commit the resources and spending it will take to go after this group of multi-millionaires. I just don’t see the DOJ chickening out like that. It would be too big of an embarrassment. Nobody should be too rich or too powerful to prosecute for securities fraud especially when they got that rich largely because of the securities fraud.
