As of this evening...below is a response from Dr Schena. I hope the order in which he lists "financials and PRs" in the last sentence is significant. Maybe we'll find out within 36 hours.

Dear Steve, Thanks very much for your support and feedback. We are in daily communication with RRBB and they are making great progress towards completing the audit.
