That's the million dollar question... Eugene took Ecolocap's Illinois entity name right after Siegel let it expire, which seems like an odd coincidence.

BUT if Ecolocap is still conducting business from Illinois (i.e. selling and shipping you fertilizer from the Illinois address), then Eugene must be linked to ECOS in some way since he owns the Ecolocap Illinois name.
