Perhaps, and more likely, the accounting firm is familiar with the signed term sheet between their client, MMEX, and MMEX's financing partner. Perhaps the 100% assessment was based on the term sheet they reviewed, along with other information that MMEX accountants would be privy to. Makes sense to me.
