After all here is his tweet stating reduction for this past week. I'm excited to hear the new total O/S from the TA Monday.

Just to clarify, this reduction is not like the previous reductions of the authorized shares or A/S, which are shares that NSAV can issue, but shares already issued and will be bought back by NSAV.
