Hey Sam,

Yes... I have known about them for many years. One of my clients who I have had since the 1980s has been best friends with the CEO for 50 years I think. Many years ago they tested their systems near me in the CT river.

I went down to meet them at the HQ in Princeton, NJ after speaking with my client, then hooked them up on a conference call with Dan which was an excellent call with the two CEOs talking most of the time. Did some follow up and had to bring people on my end up to speed on a lot of things. Dan (our Dan) has been really busy lately doing what we expect him to be doing (working hard raising funds) but we will be talking again at some point soon.

I think I developed a different option to go along with all our other potential options. But everything is just talk and ideas for now.

Some reasons why I like the possibilities of WWS and WSTI working together in some way , shape or form are that..

1- They do business in many of the same countries and WWS can benefit from Dan's sales people as they have some good sized business in Africa

2-WWS has a pop up solution that can be rolled out anywhere and fits in well with WSTIS mobile mill. Two trucks and you have water and eletricity and emergency command center anywhere.

3- WWS has done lots of work in the Philippines and WSTI once had a large project on the table there (thanks to Kevin , shareholder for the info). WWS has 50 plus systems there.

4- WWS has a bunch of positive PR big stuff things coming out soon which a joint venture of some kind with WSTI would benefit us.

5- WWS has a great network of people that can aid Dan.

6- WWS CEO is interested in Dan's crypto angle for financing deals and could probably even use some engineering or set up services.

Like I said it was a great call, great follow up but just preliminary talking and anything that develops would be up to the CEOs not me of course.

EDITED to Add this....

One interesting thing I did not know is whenever there is a major disaster , drinkable water is either flown by plane or shipped by boat to places. It is heavy, expensive, in plastic bottles etc. In some cases millions and millions of dollars are spent on shipping bottled water places. I ran these systems by lots of people and they can see these replacing a lot of that , especially in long term damaged areas. Also foundations that fund climate change stuff often give money away in areas where there is Govt corruption, pilferage, waste etc and with Dan's blockchain stuff these same foundations can provide both electricity and water where the use of these resources for the right purposes can be tracked through the blockchain.

Everything I post is my own opinion and people should always do their own research and due diligence on any company they are looking at
