I've held shares since 2012, thanks for asking. This 'start-up' business has been in existance for too long for them to use the 'we're a start-up' and need shares argument. They just got an A/S increase, and I voted for that one. I'll vote for another one when I've been convinced that they will be good stewards of it ... not before.

Trying justify a vote no for A/S because the existing shares counts is BS. It’s not going to change the number of shares you have (if you actually have any at all). It might change percentage of ownership but if that’s what you looking for go start you own business that is the only time it makes any real difference.
