The SEC has indicted a nest of S. Florida Micro-Cap fraudsters involved in P&D scheme. They state Seeking Alpha article, used in the scheme.
Bottom line: Insiders win huge, stockholders get taken.

Wether one thinks it has a possible effect on IPIX where the CEO is located in S.Florida, or not, is a legitimate item to post, wether some believe it does, or does not.

IPIX CEO Leo (in previous executive positions in prior firms), those Bio-Tech Micro-Cap companies have gone BK or one is on the verge. In IPIX case, many investors currently have a 'Red Position' of -80-95%.

Facts are uncomfortable, but they still remain facts.
