CYAP looks like a fake reinstatement filing

A stock promoter and twitter pumper named Junhua Guo (@realpapastocks) started front loading CYAP beginning at the very end of August then a few days later on 9/07/18 a reinstatement filing showed up.

I’m calling B.S. on the reinstatement. I think it’s a bogus filing. The old owners abandoned this shell in early 2016 as is evidenced by the previous RA resigning. Makes no sense for the old owner to come back like that with a new RA. And the timing is just way too big of a coincidence. Dead company for over 2 years then days after a known stock promoter/pumper starts loading up shares a reinstatement filing magically shows up. This looks like a super obvious front loaded pump job using a fake reinstatement filing.

I’m definitely taking notes on this one and will be reaching out to certain parties about the matter
