I’m aware of the 5T authorized, thank you. With respect to what the OS is at the time, that’s a relatively easy calculation. Yes, you can never be exactly sure, but definitely can come up with a reliable range. If you recall prior to the RS, we were right on target with our range. I calculated 7-9B. The number was actually 8.4B. I am not going to waste my time running the numbers now. I rather go do something more constructive with my time. Yes, I get it, spending time to respond to this email kind of negates that, but like I said b4 we must stand alone together. I stand with you, so I choose to respond to your message.

As far as Core goes, in my opinion, Core has nothing to do with moving forward. Core is simply their so the company can direct disgruntled investors to them so the company doesn’t have to deal with it. I see this all the time. It’s common practice. Why do you think all the toxic companies hire CORE, as is evident in their client list, because they’re all doing the same thing...

With respect to this being a scam, no I also do not believe it started out as such. I think management had a viable idea they believed in. But there’s one thing about having an idea and another about executing it. The latter was a total failure and now the company or what’s left of it is controlled by toxic lenders who have absolutely no interest in executing this idea. The only thing they want is cash now and they know how to get it. Wash Rinse and Repeat. The answer to most problems is relatively simple, but we’re complicated people and always think there’s more to it. Unfortunately, there’s not much more here...Blessings Friend
