Very interesting that these law suits against CVSI question that the subject patent has been final rejected and thus no longer viable and that this information was withheld from shareholders ... when it is very easy to see that these allegations are 100% NOT true by going to the USPTO website:

Click on the "Publication" search button.

Enter the publication number exactly as this without the quotes: "US 2017-0326126 A1"

And see that the latest subject patent status dated June 18, 2018 is as follows:

"On Appeal -- Awaiting Decision by the Board of Appeals"

This is NOT a status of a no longer viable patent "Final Rejection" as the lawsuits have alleged that has been withheld as material information from shareholders.

Clicking on the "Transaction History" tab, it is clear to see that during all of 2018, CVSI has been pursuing the appeal process that is typical of the patent process and that the USPTO Examiner's "Final Rejection" was way back in December 2017.

So these lawsuits against CVSI are saying in August 2018 that the USPTO Examiner's December 2017 "Final Rejection" was the END of the patent process for the subject patent and that this material information has NOT been disclosed to shareholders.

First, it sure took awhile before the attorneys attacked on this December 2017 information.  Maybe the runup of the share price in August 2018 seemed like a good time to file the law suits.

Second, this is Obviously Purposeful Fake News that has Only One Motive: to make attorneys and their proxy clients rich from a misleading law suit out of 9 month old information that causes investors to lose faith and future investors to stay away and the proxy clients reap their short-sale rewards.

The Truth of the law suits' deceit is only a few clicks away on the USPTO website as previously demonstrated above.
