Not that I would doubt he is doing so, but there are a lot of hurdles and decisions between applying for a non profit status and ultimately building a facility. It is sort of like shopping for a new dohhouse for puppies of a dog you haven’t bought yet. Far fetched!
If the CEO is trying to hang his success hat on an inquiry from a maybe it is one sad situation. Since all of this is rooted in speculation even entertaining this thought is just as unproductive.
