Yes its suspended for trading for 10 days. Market makers will not be able to trade afterwards until the USPR responds and can remedy their delinquent documents. Until that time its matched trading only no bid, no ask.
Yes nine trading days left and then revocation is on the books for USPR.
The fat lady has sung. Its game over for USPR.
