There will not be any resurrection of Baltia/USGlobal.

There will not be a 1 year revocation suspension extension.

The financials will never be completed.

If there is any announcement next week, it will be they notified the Chief Administrative Law Judge in writing by September 7, 2018, agreeing that the defenseless proceedings remain with the previously designated administrative law judge.
