I called Finra and spoke to several people. The gist of the conversations were, that they couldn't tell me anything but that if there was a stock offering coming like I was talking about I could watch the daily list.
If there was a stock like this, there would be a representative assigned to it and he or she would only be able to discuss it with the principals of the offering.
From this I get there may be a stock and if there was Buzzy could be talking to them but apparently he isn't.
