TGIF fellow LVVV millionaires! So I had a nice conversation with a gal at the San Luis Obisbo County offices. As you know, GHC ventures along with LVVV filed, on 5/21/18, a minor-use application for a 5,000Sq. ft. indoor cannabis nursery in Paso Robles, CA. This is a bona fide application, of which I have a signed copy.

Now, San Luis Obisbo County has granted only 1 cultivation permit thus far, and the second one is up for a board hearing in SEVERAL WEEKS. Their application date was 4/19/18, roughly ONE MONTH prior to GHC/Livewire's. I verified that GHC/LVVV's permit application IS PENDING, and what's more, the property may qualify for a Williamson Act exemption due to the greenhouse structures and land use already being in place, which will speed up the process.

"Williamson Act Eligibility Requirements

Properties must meet or exceed the following eligibility requirements to participate in the County's Williamson Act Program.
Land Use Category

The property must be within the Agriculture land use category, a general plan amendment will be processed by the County to change the land use category to Agriculture once an agricultural preserve is established.
Minimum Acreage

Minimum acreage requirements for eligibility vary depending on the productive potential of the soil - more productive soils result in smaller minimum size requirements. In order to meet the minimum size requirement, two or more parcels may be combined if they are contiguous or if they are under the same ownership. Examples of minimum acreage requirements for eligibility, in general, are listed in the following table."

We may be one month away from a hearing, so do not despair. Bill has credibility. I have verified quite a bit so far, and I'm not done yet.

Have a nice weekend all.
