Well just in response to your post...
1- It is not "October" yet
2- If you have been following you should know that back in May it was felt the ImpactPPA money raise would go a lot quicker. It has taken a lot of work, traveling, demos , trade shows to get the word out. As opposed to back then and even July when you talked to someone, we actually have multiple ways to raise funds to get filings current and to fund the rest of the restructuring here. I have talked about them and Dan mentioned them in his PR..
The stock was .0001 back start of may. It is actually 300%/400% higher now despite the runup to higher levels caused by a few larger flippers buying 300 million or more shares and then giving other boards a shout out and issuing alerts etc, plus everyone being excited about the potential given the move.
Overly optimistic? For sure, Scam? definitely not.
As for "Good luck getting out" there have been steady and huge bids all along the way on this thing, over 54 million on the bid today...
Many of us have been here since 2015 or earlier. Many bought .0001s. We are way closer than we were back then and even much closer than we were in May or even July when you talked to someone.
Due your own due diligence, plenty of bids if you need to sell.
