In late July the BOD voted 2 lower the Authorized Shares from 3 Billion to 500 million, a few weeks ago we filed w/Delaware, we spoke 2 them yesterday & were told it will b official 2day. We will release news when we receive the stamped amendment next week.@JackBrewerBSI $UPZS
