Seems like the two sentences are independent of each other:

"RRBB is making great progress and we are confident they are on track to complete the audit."

The on track, to me, implies they are still within the time frame stated on their website.

"We are excited about the remainder of this year. Please stay tuned for our financials and news."

To, me this implies more big things after the financials have been released. Just my opinion and how I interpret it
