Until they get their agreement inked, the only company a shareholder has is ASAP EXPO, INC.

shares issued, press releases out, and then folks find out the deal is CONTEMPLATED but not CONSUMMATED. How shoddy is that?

If / when that ever happens and if / when they put out a Q showing some actual numbers then we can decide if its a broken company or not.
