It appears that the new lawyers are “Brunson, Chandler & Jones, PLLC”. I am assuming that Mark DeStefano is no longer associated with the company, and is out of the picture from here on.

As for the Share Holders value, if and when there is a RM which looks very possible now, it will depend on how much monies the combined companies will be worth. Also, if any fresh capital is add from other sources. As for the current value per share I would not even try to guess at.

Aug. the base appeared to be between .0003 to .0005. As for Sept. I will wait to see what the charts show in a week or two, my hopeful guess would be between .0006 and .0009 as a Sept. base.
