Albemarle says_it would be_interested in_growing through_acquisitions

But if not FMC or Livent... then who would Albemarle acquire? Hmmmm lemme' change thinking caps and ponder that one some more. If Bolivia/Iran cuts a new passage click here from the landlocked Bolivia to a Pacific Ocean deep water port through the Atacama region of Chile (circumventing/avoiding tiptoeing past Peru) would Albemarle's current operations be impacted? Perhaps. Would Albemarle have to capitulate to Bolivia then or seek new rich lithium properties in Chile a bit further south if America does not join Chile in the next Iran/USA proxy war? Ohhhh Albemarle has some heavy decisions to make now by looking 4 or 5 years into the future trying to figure out how the World Court is going to rule on Bolivia's suit for access to the Pacific Ocean Click here through Atacama. If the World Court rules in favor of Bolivia then Iran will happily be on Bolivia like stink on sheet and Albemarle will most likely have some future "trespassing-on-Bolivia" problems. Would Albemarle become a Bolivian company or try to stay Chilean?

The Doctor

PS, Dear Jeremey, did you finally get off your dead ask and fly down to Chile? Are you talking to Albemarle or are you trolling the Santiago alleyways looking for discarded aluminum cans to sell in the recycling center... again?
