4,000,000 + common shares added since June 30 . Outstanding shares 74,500,000 + Sept 6. Dilution ;Dilution: Dilution.

DP and Company thinks the common shareholders will continue to suck up the diluted shares as his TOXIC debt gets converted. Today the stock is selling at $.10 a share pre reverse stock split.

Unfortunately it looks like TRTC doesn't know how to make money from revenue but only through borrowing.

This stock will IMHO only make money for INSIDERS and TOXIC debt lenders.
