Triangle Television Network Reaches Agreement
for Satellite Broadcast Services

Palm Springs CA, September 11, 2003 - Triangle Television Network (TTN) announced today it has reached an agreement with Network Teleports, Inc. (NTI) (www.networkteleports.com) to provide 24/7 satellite broadcast services for the distribution of its television network with programming that targets the Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Transgender (LGBT) community nationwide.

NTI, headquartered in New Orleans with offices in New York City and Washington D.C. operates one of the premier telecommunication hubsites in America. Beginning October 31, 2003, NTI’s comprehensive one-stop approach, high quality technology, and redundant communications systems will allow TTN to deliver fast, reliable, cost-effective 24 hour transmission of its television programming. NTI’s satellite uplinks will deliver the TTN signal to television stations, cable head ends and direct-to-home viewers. NTI’s multilingual 24 hour Call Center will take product orders and their web casting division provides for additional reach of the TTN signal. Additionally, NTI offers TTN the ability to place our programming and advertising in more than 25 markets throughout east and west Europe, where Network Teleports has multiple offices that support their existing publishing group.

"We are excited to begin the next phase of bringing TTN to market. Having access to the full compliment of NTI resources is a significant and important step in implementing the launch of Triangle Television Network nationwide. In addition to the potential of direct-to-home broadcast of TTN, the satellite distribution of TTN to both independent broadcast networks and cable head ends, including Time Warner Cable, Adelphia, Comcast and other major cable providers, makes TTN programming available to any market nationwide for redistribution locally.” comments Frank Olsen, President of Triangle Television Network.

While TTN expects much of its subscriber base will be comprised of members of the gay and lesbian community, management also believes that high-quality programming focused on the gay and lesbian experience, designed to entertain, educate and inform, will attract many other segments of the viewing public. TTN programming will be available on a premium basis of $9.95 per month
