Finally, the reduction of NSAV's outstanding shares. I Tweeted last week that we have resolved any remaining SEC and FINRA issues to reduce the outstanding shares and that the program will begin the week. IT WILL. That is directly from your CEO.

Hmmm... Program,,, doesn't sound like share will be bought back today as promised, hope I'm wrong.
